Installation notes
- Read the instructions first. Park on firm, level ground, switch off the ignition and let the engine and exhaust cool completely. Protect painted surfaces with a soft cloth or blanket.
- Use a 1/4-inch combination wrench, warm soapy water and a clean rag. Clean dirt, grease and other residue from the installation area.
- Snug the 4 screws enough to hold the sliding tabs open, with the larger tab at the top. Fit the cover top-first, press gently inward, slide the tabs closed and tighten the screws.
- Ensure the end user receives the installation instructions for future reference.
