Shipping Policy

This policy applies to Phase One of the FANGSTER Taiwan store. Online sales and delivery are currently available only to delivery addresses in Taiwan.
Order review, payment, and inventory confirmation
Orders are reviewed manually. We arrange shipment only after payment and inventory are confirmed. Limited-stock, outlet, discontinued, or fitment-sensitive items may require additional confirmation. If an item is unavailable or any order information needs clarification, we will contact you before shipment.
Taiwan delivery and shipping fee
Orders are delivered by home delivery within Taiwan. The shipping fee is NT$150 per order. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal shown at checkout is NT$3,000 or more. Convenience-store pickup is not available.
Shipment tracking
After your order ships, we will provide the carrier tracking number or available tracking information. Actual delivery timing may vary due to the delivery area, carrier operations, holidays, weather, address confirmation, or other circumstances outside our control.
Large or special items
If an item’s size, weight, or handling requirements are not compatible with standard home delivery, we will contact you before shipment to confirm the available arrangement. We will not charge any additional delivery fee without informing you and obtaining your agreement.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, do not return it before contacting us. Please keep the item and packaging and provide your order number, item SKU or product name, photos of the item and outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next steps.
Returns and return shipping
Return eligibility and return-shipping responsibility are handled according to our Returns Policy and applicable law. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Address and delivery issues
Please verify the recipient name, telephone number, and complete delivery address before placing the order. If a parcel is delayed, refused, returned, or cannot be delivered because the information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you before arranging redelivery or confirming any additional delivery cost.
Overseas visitors and international orders
Overseas visitors may browse the English storefront, but Phase One does not offer international shipping rates or international checkout. Orders with a non-Taiwan delivery address cannot be completed. Future international sales will be governed by separate international shipping and transaction rules when launched.
