Statutory 7-day written notice
Except where the statutory withdrawal right is lawfully excluded, a consumer may, within 7 days after receiving the goods, rescind a distance-sale contract by returning the goods or giving written notice, without stating a reason or bearing return costs.
You may give written notice through the message field on this page or by email at sales@fangsterparts.com. In the message, state that you wish to exercise the statutory withdrawal right and identify the order or product if that information is available. A reason, RMA, or prior approval is not required to exercise the statutory right.
Additional returns through day 14
FANGSTER separately accepts ordinary return requests submitted within 14 days after delivery. Requests made on days 8–14 are reviewed under FANGSTER’s additional store policy and do not reduce or replace statutory rights. Please describe the request in the message field so that we can review the available resolution.
How to use this page

- You may provide a phone number if you would also like to be contacted by phone.
- In the message, include the order number, item SKU, OEM number, brand part number, or product name when available.
- For damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing items, or fitment support, describe what happened and the help you need.
This form does not include a file-upload field. If photos or video are relevant, send them separately to sales@fangsterparts.com after submitting the form or when requested. Photos are not required for a statutory no-reason withdrawal notice.
Return collection and instructions
After receiving your notice or request, FANGSTER will reply with the applicable collection or return instructions. For a valid statutory 7-day withdrawal, FANGSTER bears the required return cost and will arrange collection as required by law. Waiting for our instructions is recommended so that the package can be identified and routed correctly, but receiving instructions, an RMA, or approval is not a condition for exercising the statutory right.
Product review and lawful exceptions
Outlet, clearance, limited-stock, special-order, electrical/electronic, opened, installed, or fitment-sensitive labels do not automatically exclude statutory rights. An exclusion applies only when the product falls within a legally prescribed exception and FANGSTER clearly disclosed before the transaction that the 7-day withdrawal right would not apply.
Damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing items, installation issues, and warranty requests may require additional information so that FANGSTER can determine the cause and appropriate resolution. This review does not limit non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
