FANGSTER ships motorcycle parts from the available fulfillment location(s) shown at checkout or confirmed during order review. This policy applies to orders placed through fangster.myshopify.com.

Shipping Destinations

We support shipping within the United States and international shipping, including Southeast Asia. Rest of World shipping is allowed where carrier service, customs rules, product restrictions, and package size or weight limits permit.

If a destination or item cannot be shipped, we may contact the customer to confirm an alternative arrangement, adjust the order, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or confirmed after order review. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of carrier handling, customs processing, destination restrictions, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

International Duties and Taxes

International duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and destination charges are the customer's responsibility unless they are explicitly collected at checkout. Refusal to pay destination charges may delay delivery or result in return, abandonment, cancellation, or additional charges.

Order Review and Restrictions

Some motorcycle parts may require additional handling or review before shipment because of product type, destination rules, carrier restrictions, or package dimensions. We may contact the customer if additional information is needed to complete shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
