Fitment and installation
- For compatible 1982–2019 Harley-Davidson models with dual-cable throttle controls.

- Compatible with aftermarket internal-bar heaters; not compatible with OEM heated grips that contain the heating element inside the grip.
Package contents

Installation notes
- Retain the cable ferrules and original switch-housing fasteners. Inspect and lubricate the cables, adjust them correctly, and confirm safe throttle operation and clearance before riding. Consult a trained technician if you cannot complete the instructions.
- Prepare and clean the clutch-side handlebar as instructed. Position the grip before the adhesive sets, approximately 6 seconds; hold firmly for 15 seconds and allow at least 30 minutes to cure before riding.
- Before starting, verify that the throttle moves freely and returns fully closed. Incorrect adjustment can cause loss of control and serious injury or death.
- Adjust the Throttle Boss with the end-cap screws and retighten without overtightening. Check all fasteners before use and periodically afterward.
