Installation notes
- Reuse the original Harley-Davidson rubber spacer. Install the filter with its logo facing upward and follow the HD-0900 instructions.
- Clean dirt and debris from the backing plate before fitting the filter.
- After fitting, check that the filter is fully seated and sealed. Follow these instructions at every service; an incomplete seal can damage the engine.
