Installation notes

• Confirm ignition-module compatibility and primary resistance before installation.
• Disconnect the spark-plug leads and three-pin connector before replacing the coil. Reconnect the leads to their correct original positions and check that the connector is secure.
• If the engine does not operate correctly after installation, check for a loose connector, exchanged plug-wire positions or a defective wire crimp.
