Fitment and installation
- Use only with a motorcycle ignition module specifying this resistance and the stated firing/plug configuration.
- For compatible Dyna 2000HD or Dyna 2000i/D2KI systems. Not for the DS6-2 Dyna S system.
- For single-fire, dual-plug conversions. Not for standard single-plug/dual-fire configurations or original 0.4–0.6 Ω ignition modules.

Installation notes
- Verify module compatibility and mounting clearance before installation.
- For 1998–2003 XL1200S, different coil brackets and plug wires plus bracket modification or fabrication are required. Other XL models through 2003 require a compatible Dyna 2000i module, dual-plug heads and skilled bracket adaptation.
