Installation notes
- No-Clamp kits need separate clamps. Attach reservoir clamps to the plates before fitting them to the motorcycle because later nut access is restricted. Select the correct supplied long/short bolts. The guide specifies 11 ft-lb/15 N·m for plates, bushings and clamps, with blue threadlocker at the plates. Set reservoir orientation for hose length, fittings and clearance: FOX inverted/angled, Öhlins logo outward. Hold the Harley detachable locking mechanism during insertion. Test slowly and recheck. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.
