Kraus Motor Vector One Flushline Axle Adjuster - 2014+ Touring

Vector One Flushline rear-axle adjuster for 2014-up Touring FLHR, FLHT, FLHX and FLTR, excluding Trikes. Includes the nickel-plated 1144 alloy-steel axle, left/right billet-aluminum adjuster bodies and slides, stainless axle nuts, C-clip and the specified adjustment/shock-mount hardware. Use the alignment marks and threaded adjusters for belt/chain tension and wheel alignment. Installation remains subject to bearing, spacer, swingarm and exhaust clearances.

Installation notes

• Support the rear and unload the wheel; loosen both shock attachments initially, then install spacers/adjusters one side at a time. Fit the axle from the left through the correct spacers, ABS sensor/spacer and caliper bracket. Match both alignment marks. Front locknuts: 8 ft-lb; axle: 110 ft-lb, followed by C-clip; rear locknuts: 13–15 ft-lb; shock bolts: 55 ft-lb. ABS bearing seating and non-ABS spacers differ. Swingarm welds may need clearance work. Recheck existing shock spacers, vertical alignment and saddlebag clearance. Have a qualified technician follow the OEM manual, test slowly and recheck. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.
