Installation notes
- Have a qualified technician verify the wheel, bearings, spacers and ABS sensor/non-ABS spacer against the OEM manual. Engage the mount slot with the swingarm tab, align and torque the axle to OEM specification, then tighten the set screw. Check pad contact, spacers, lines and clearance; bleed, test slowly and recheck. Guide values are 38 ft-lb for ARP and 24 ft-lb for other stainless bolts; titanium caliper bolts require a separately confirmed Kraus torque specification; do not apply the stainless-bolt values. Do not exceed the mount’s 300 mm maximum rotor diameter. The guide suggests a front-left caliper; a front-right caliper needs a separately sourced suitable line. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.
