Converts the Pan America riser mounting arrangement to a 3.5-inch center-to-center Harley-style pattern. This is the adapter assembly, not the complete handlebar/riser kit. OEM handguards used with a replacement bar require separately selected RECON handguard bobbins. Follow the linked Pan America adapter guide.
