Kraus Motor Open Road Kit - 2023 CVO / 2024+ Street Glide | KT-ST-SG-244-B

For 2023 CVO Street Glide and 2024-up Street Glide only. Includes Adjustable ISO bar, Workman Kickback risers and Veloci plate, with a 13.5-inch nominal hand height. Front-nacelle modification is required. OEM clutch cable 37200592 is strongly recommended separately. The front drawer becomes inaccessible; an extension cable can retain access to its USB connection.

Installation notes

• The Open Road configuration supplies solid riser bushings. Workman’s six 5/16-18 clamp screws use 10 ft-lb and two 1/2-13 mounting bolts 55 ft-lb, with recommended blue threadlocker. Follow the ISO bar guide for adjustable joints and verify brake/clutch/wiring slack. ISO bars require 1-1/8-inch riser clamps and matching pre 2024/ 2024-up bar ends. Inspect O-rings/grommets, route wires before tightening and align the clocking passage without pinching. Apply 8/14 ft-lb only at the respective illustrated joints, not uniformly. Black hardware is separate. The Veloci guide additionally requires the specified nacelle cuts, protected wiring, correct OEM spacers/bushings and full-steering clearance. Have a qualified technician follow the matching vehicle and kit manuals, test slowly and recheck. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.
