Kraus Motor Max Lean Controls and Floorboard Kit - 2017+ M8 Touring | KT-ST-ML

Complete Max Lean foot controls and floorboards for 2017-up Harley M8 Baggers only, replacing OEM assemblies 50683-04 and 50688-04. Includes adjustable toe-shift and brake controls, low-profile heel shifter and floorboards. Toe position rotates 360 degrees; the inner shift arm has three ratio settings. 2023-up CVO requires four separate OEM50674-05 screws; 2024-up CVO Road Glide ST additionally requires two OEM47200302 A front floorboard mounts. The shift-linkage shaft is not included; reuse the OEM shaft.

Installation notes

• Follow both foot-control and floorboard guides. Reuse the proper OEM shift shaft/spacer. Shift arms: 10 ft-lb; toe peg/shift link: 6 ft-lb; linkage bolts: 10 ft-lb, with maximum recommended 11.25-inch hole centers. Reuse specified brake washers/cotter pin, inspect O-rings and lubricate the shaft. Master-cylinder bolts: 10–12 ft-lb; brake-arm nut: 20 ft-lb; toe peg: 6 ft-lb. Set floorboard position and clearance separately. Reuse OEM shoulder bolts but not OEM flange nuts. Floorboard mounts: 70–80 in-lb; shoulder bolts: 60–80 in-lb. Select one of five lateral positions and set the threadlocked pitch screw before fitting the board. Have a qualified technician follow the matching vehicle and kit manuals, test slowly and recheck. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.
