Products, outlet inventory, and availability
Many items may be limited-stock, outlet, clearance, discontinued, closeout, final-sale when clearly marked, or fitment-sensitive motorcycle parts. Product information, images, fitment notes, prices, and availability may be updated or corrected at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel or refuse orders, or contact you for confirmation when information is inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or requires review.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout before payment. Payment processing may be handled by Shopify and third-party payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order if a price, product, shipping, inventory, or payment issue is discovered.
Fitment and installation
Motorcycle parts may require professional installation and compatibility review. Customers are responsible for confirming SKU, OEM number, year, model, application, and fitment before purchase and before installation. If Fangster's product page has a material error, Fangster will assist with review and resolution. If the customer did not confirm fitment or ordered the wrong part, regular return review applies and free return shipping is not guaranteed.
Returns, warranty, and excluded costs
Returns and warranty requests are subject to Fangster review and the applicable policy pages. Labor, installation, towing, downtime, incidental damages, consequential damages, and similar costs are excluded unless Fangster agrees in writing.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, images, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by FANGSTER or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization except as permitted by law.
