Preserving the Breakout silhouette
Lines from the Twin Cam engine, fork and frame continue into the headlight cowl, fuel tank and tail. The aluminum bodywork creates a cleaner visual transition between these elements.
Digital development and physical prototypes
FANGSTER used 3D scanning and reverse engineering to develop a front rotor carrier, a rear pulley-brake system and an integrated instrument installation around the existing wheel and tire package. The motorcycle currently uses a prototype made from a narrowed stainless-steel handlebar, a 3D-printed aero form, and carbon-fiber wrap.
