Seat and lubricate steering bearings/seals correctly, then adjust fall-away and free play after initial seating; the guide’s 25–28 ft-lb initial value is not a universal final setting. Follow the guide’s Loctite 243 requirements and fully remove pinch bolts before using a plastic wedge to protect fork tubes. Not for 2014 models. The guide specifies 15–18 ft-lb for 3/8-16 mounting bolts and 70 in-lb for 10-24 bolts. Test slowly and recheck after installation. Improper installation can cause severe injury or death.

Manufacturer installation guide: https://krausmotorco.com/content/pdfs/wolf-one-bottom-tree-schematic.pdf
