Workman’s six 5\/16-18 clamp screws use 10 ft-lb and two 1\/2-13 mounting bolts 55 ft-lb, with recommended blue threadlocker. Follow the ISO bar guide for adjustable joints and verify brake\/clutch\/wiring slack. ISO bars require 1-1\/8-inch riser clamps and matching pre 2024\/ 2024-up bar ends. Inspect O-rings\/grommets, route wires before tightening and align the clocking passage without pinching. Apply 8\/14 ft-lb only at the respective illustrated joints, not uniformly. Black hardware is separate. The Veloci guide additionally requires the specified nacelle cuts, protected wiring, correct OEM spacers\/bushings and full-steering clearance. Have a qualified technician follow the matching vehicle and kit manuals, test slowly and recheck.
