Set floorboard position and clearance separately. Reuse OEM shoulder bolts but not OEM flange nuts. Floorboard mounts: 70–80 in-lb; shoulder bolts: 60–80 in-lb. Select one of five lateral positions and set the threadlocked pitch screw before fitting the board. Have a qualified technician follow the matching vehicle and kit manuals, test slowly and recheck.
